Exchange and Returns

We have a return policy of 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We make sure that the purchase amount is in your account within 5 working days of receipt of the return.

Step 2 : Send your order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you have a Track & Trace code. As a transmitter, you are responsible for the package.

Step 3 : Get the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we have received the package, we will make sure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 5 working days.
