SENDING INFORMATION
Our delivery period is divided into the production stage and the transmission phase. Unlike most companies where the product is shipped directly, ours is a little different. Because we literally draw each picture of a pet by hand, it takes longer than usual to actually send an order. But it's definitely worth the wait!
PRODUCTION STAGE
This phase includes the time it takes to assess your photo, design your custom animal portrait by hand and prepare it for printing on a physical product. This phase also includes possible reviews and revisions of works of art to be made.
The production phase usually lasts 1 week
Transmission phase
Shipment is relatively fast and usually lasts 2-5 working days for Belgian and Dutch orders. International orders take longer. All orders are sent with tracking numbers.
GENERAL TRANSIT TIMES
It usually takes a total 2 weeks before you receive your unique pet product from the date you placed your order. However, some orders arrive much faster. We mention a delivery time of 2-3 weeks to give ourselves a buffer in case orders suddenly increase.
